In this 1.5-hour olive oil crash course "evooIQ" from evoo ag, you'll learn—in a highly simplified way—the most important aspects of olive oil. For example, how to distinguish between good and poor olive oils using a short organoleptic test. Or why fully ripe olives aren't harvested for good olive oil. Or why good olive oil can be heated without any problems. We'll also show you the effects that good olive oil can have on human health and provide you with a concise overview of the market.
