"The genuine extra virgin olive oil trusted by truly great chefs."
Sensors
Casas de Hualdo Armonía is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil. It combines green notes of freshly cut grass and tomato leaf with fruity hints of banana, apple, and avocado. On the palate, it presents green fruit flavors and nuances of ripe berries. It has a restrained bitterness and a warming peppery finish.Origin & Processing
Armonía is a blend of two typical Spanish olive varieties, Arbequina and Picual, cultivated on different plots of the Casas de Hualdo estate using different growing systems. The two varieties are harvested and processed separately in late autumn. This later harvest, compared to premium oils, results in a significantly higher oil yield and a softer sensory profile. The harvesting of healthy, fresh olives and the prompt, rapid processing in the estate's own mill ensure an impeccable, genuine extra virgin olive oil. Armonía is bottled in a practical 3-liter canister with a double valve, allowing for clean, precise pouring without spills or waste.background
We are convinced that only high-quality fat should be used for frying, sautéing, grilling, deep-frying, or salad dressings. What could be more obvious than using genuine extra virgin olive oil? For the sake of taste and, above all, for the sake of our health. Industrial seed oils, which are all highly refined and therefore denatured, as well as technical frying media, may be standard in the restaurant industry, but they are considered highly problematic for our health. Armonía from Casas de Hualdo sets a clear example: It is an honest, high-quality olive oil that, as one of the very few in its class, can rightfully bear the designation Extra Virgin, or – as it is said in Spanish – Virgen Extra. It combines culinary versatility with chemical and physiological stability, making it the ideal everyday olive oil – and all at an unbeatable price-performance ratio.Food pairing
Armonía is a true all-rounder. It masters every culinary discipline, from sautéing mushrooms and vegetables to searing meat, confiting fish, and deep-frying potatoes or seafood. It's equally impressive in cold dishes: it adds a fresh kick to salad dressings, makes them lighter and less oily, and makes bruschetta simply perfect. Baked goods also benefit when this oil is included in the recipe. The best way to replace butter is as follows: simply use 82 grams of olive oil and 16 grams of water instead of 100 grams of butter.Note from the Master of Olive Oil
“For me, Armonía is the olive oil that best demonstrates that you don’t need industrial oils for everyday cooking. Whether in a pan, on the grill, or even in a deep fryer – this extra virgin olive oil is stable, versatile, and always healthy. For me, it’s the ideal everyday oil: affordable, honest, and an asset to any kitchen.” – Silvan Brun, Master of Olive OilImport, warehousing & quality assurance
To ensure the enjoyment doesn't end with the product description, this oil was imported into Switzerland under temperature-controlled conditions (between 6 and 18 °C, depending on the truck). The oil is also stored at a constant ambient temperature of 15–18 °C, protected from light. This temperature-controlled logistics preserves the chemical, physiological, and sensory quality of the olive oil to the best of our ability. In the olive oil business—especially in the premium segment—such meticulous care is essential, yet evoo.expert is one of the very few retailers who consistently maintain an unbroken cold chain. You can smell and taste the difference.
