Quite simply: Duccio Morozzo della Rocca, who lends his name to the final master blend, mixes the finest batches of single-varietal Arbequina oils. Arbequina is actually native to Catalonia.

There, near Barcelona, Paolo Miceli successfully managed the once-grand olive estate "Finca la Gramanosa," which belonged to Danone heir Maurice Botton. The estate is now under Chinese ownership, and Paolo Miceli has returned to his native island of Sicily. Delicato Bio, made from Arbequina olives cultivated in Sicily, is likely to remind him of his successful time in Catalonia.

Aroma profile:
Delicato Bio impresses with a gentle and elegant fragrance profile that highlights sweet notes of almond, green salad, and green tomato. These harmonious aromas lend the oil a subtle yet sophisticated character.
