Miceli & Sensat U'Ciuri IGP Sicilia Bio - 2024 - 500 ml

U'Ciuri is the result of the selection Miceli & Sensat make each year from their best oils, which they obtain from the Nocellara del Belice variety. At M&S, the olives are grown in groves at varying altitudes above sea level and harvested in the first ten to fourteen days of October, using the "brucatura" method (entirely by hand) to ensure the olives arrive at the mill in perfect condition.

The exquisite cuvée is composed - as always - by Duccio Morozzo della Rocca.

Aroma profile:

U'Ciuri impresses with an intense bouquet of green tomato pulp, freshly cut grass and a hint of aromatic herbs.

Taste:

On the palate, U'Ciuri presents a pronounced bitterness, which is perfectly balanced by the well-integrated spiciness. The flavor notes of green tomato and vegetal aromas lend the oil a special depth and elegance.

Aftermath:

The long and pleasant finish is characterized by a slightly peppery note that blends elegantly with the fresh and bitter nuances. This oil leaves a lasting impression due to its pronounced persistence.

This exceptional organic olive oil is perfect for culinary gourmets and is an ideal choice for Caprese salads, grilled vegetables, fish dishes, and hearty soups. Its intensity and complexity make it perfect for sophisticated cooking and for enhancing high-quality dishes.
