Sabino Leone Ex Terra Biologico is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil from certified organic farming. The nose reveals distinct notes of green almond and meadow and field herbs. On the palate, the oil is structured and balanced: bitterness and peppery notes are moderately pronounced, cleanly integrated, and well-balanced. The finish is characterized by a distinctive bitter almond aftertaste, giving the oil depth and a memorable character.
Origin & Processing
This organic extra virgin olive oil comes from Apulia and is produced exclusively from family-owned olives grown under certified organic conditions. The olives are carefully harvested and processed within two hours in the modern Amenduni mill to capture their fresh, aromatic essence and transform it into a rich, infused oil.

The name Ex Terra – from the Latin "from the earth" – signifies for Sabino Leone a conscious return to the product's fundamental origins: soil, plant, and humankind. Food pairing
