About the author
Michaela Bogner is a highly regarded colleague and olive oil expert from Germany. Her passion for olive oils developed during her time living near Florence from 1999 to 2005. In 2011, she trained as a certified olive oil taster with the Florence Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has since been a member of the Italian tasting association ANAPOO.
